Gameplan

Mulligan for Jeremiah Kirby since most of your deck is even, it should be a great way to get you start drawing cards and 1 boost early would be great to save some resources in the mid-long term. Spend most of your time in and since they are the cards that gives you resources and you will be using it to trigger Higher Education or Streetwise. Try to trigger Lone Wolf when you can (switch to towards the end of the turn if you did not switch that turn so that start of next turn, you can switch back to after getting resources from Lone Wolf.

Dont be too sad when you draw Crisis of Identity and discarded your ally, that's what A Chance Encounter is for, you can fetch those ally back. Since it is "Put it under your control" you get it them back nicely. Also Nothing Left to Lose is there to help you refill your hand if your hand size did drop too much from Crisis of Identity

Nothing Left to Lose, Easy Mark are both ways to help maintain hand size while you using cards to gain resources.

When the shotcaster rans out or when you will discard it, switch to attach Well-Maintained to fetch it back. If you did fail to retrieve it from Well-Maintained, Scavenging is here to help.

This deck do suffer a little bit from actions efficiency, but if you are very well educated, things should be able to make it back on track.
