Had myself a little bit of fun going against the grain to build a whose sole purpose was to be the cluever, Wilson had a pretty solid go through in Dunwich. His clue-hunting tech were a few kits (Fingerprint, Thieves' and indirectly Cleaning), and some Lockpicks. Slap a Tinker onto his supporting items (Pocket Multi Tool, Magnifying Glass) and rotate the main items through the Tool Belt, and you've got yourself a clue vacuum! Cleaning Kit's job is primarily to extend the life of Fingerprint Kit, which is your best clue compression tool.

32 XP deck here with the change history included. 0 XP starting deck can be found here.

A high level summary of the key upgrades:

  • The investigating tools that got upgraded:
    • Lockpicks so they don't run as much of a risk of breaking.
    • Thieves' Kit for extra money.
    • Didn't bother with leveling up Fingerprint Kit (my play is mostly at 2p, so getting 3-at-a-time wasn't actually great) or Magnifying Glass, since it's potentially free to play with Wilson anyway.
  • Pocket Multi Tool picked up the Magnifying Lens, Detachable, Pry Bar, and Lucky Charm customizations.
  • Fine Tuning replaces Scene of the Crime.
  • Girish Kadakia replaces Tetsuo Mori.

Hope you enjoy playing with this one as much as I did. Let me know what you think!
