How to run this deck:
Mulligan for Lucky Cigarette Case and Lonnie Ritter. Lockpicks is good too, but don't prioritize it over Lucky Cigarette Case which can be used for draws.
Don't make hard evade tests if you can play Elusive, Think on Your Feet and Slip Away.
Priority Upgrades: Adaptable - Streetwise - 2x Lola Santiago - Charisma.
Later Upgrades: 2x Lockpicks - Ace in the Hole - High Roller - Hot Streak - 2x Emergency Cache.
What to remove: 2x Flashlight - Backstab - 2x Pickpocketing - 2x Perception - 1 or 2x Think on Your Feet.
If you're rolling in the XP don't forget to upgrade: 2x Mauser C96 - 2x Lucky Cigarette Case - Slip Away - Backstab - 2x Slip Away and even 2x Emergency Cache.
