This deck is a challenge deck, not one that has been tested, nor one that is necessarily a good idea. The goal of the deck was to create a valid multiplayer support character that proves her worth without drawing any tokens from the bag (except for treacheries).

This deck is filled with fast, cheap cards that don't see a lot of play in other decks because the card effect isn't strong enough to justify the card slot. But Patrice Hathaway draws five cards per turn! She can play and commit cards with an indiscretion no other investigator has. This Patrice is intended to follow her fellow investigators around, boosting their ability to succeed.

Here are all the ways she can support her team:

Patrice can defeat her Watcher from Another Dimension easily with Grizzled (the only test she's likely to attempt). With Interdimensional and Monster traits chosen, this card reaches 5? for evading or fighting her monster, added to her base skill of 2, plus any cards she can commit. But if not that, she can discard a Stray Cat according to the most up-to-date rulings, or use Zeal and Augur from Miss Doyle to automatically defeat it.

Between Peter Sylvestre and Improvised Shield, she is able to take care of her own health. Finally, this deck operates well at all levels of experience, with most of the best support cards being level 0 or relatively cheap.

Is all this enough to justify three actions a turn that aren't likely to get clues (except by Drawn to the Flame, evade monsters, or defeat your enemies?

Honestly? I think so. But most importantly, it's a unique take on a powerful investigator.
