The goal is to search for The Necronomicon and use Library Pass to find 2 clues at any location for just 1 resource, action free.
Harvey Walterscan draw his entire deck easily. When there is no cards in your deck, Library Pass will shuffle the Necronomicon back to your deck each turn, which means from now on you don't even have to search for it. And it also means that you can get rid of your weaknesses in your deck.
