Ps. Zoey can reach more handslots with Bandolier access, and so can other mystics, but to me this is the most "meme but still somehow functional" SNAKE HANDS deck.
Nice deck! I guess the idea is you bin-off assets with Joey "The Rat" Vigil when boss fighting to empower Blood of K'n-yan situationally? If so - I like it!
I would focus a bit more on card draw - either going Charisma with Robert Castaigne •••• and more one handed gun assets to cycle more, or Relic Hunter and the Lucky Cigarette Case. For the latter at least, I wouldn't consider Switchblade •• or Stylish Coat essential (Stylish Coat can be made Leather Jacket for the Hidden Pocket interaction) so you could use the XP from that for Relic Hunter (plus LCS) and likely Easy Mark for more cantrips (Calculated Risk could make additional space for Easy Mark IMO).
In any case, looks like a cool idea!
