This deck is made to play 2 handed along with Daniela Reyes. Any feedback is welcomed.

Jan 03, 2022 TraXX0r · 1 My first thoughts: I don't like to fight at 4 combat only (unless I play on easy difficulty), so I'd rather play Events like Backstab instead of the .25 Automatic. But that might be just my personal preference. You need a plan to not be defeated by horror. It's not a big spoiler that there will be willpower checks that deal horror if you fail, as in every other campaign. So unless Daniela play some cards to defend you ("Let me handle this!" or something that can be assigned horror dealt to you or heal you), you should go with "You handle this one!" or plan on getting something like Logical Reasoning (4) later on. I personally prefer Pilfer over Fingerprint Kit in Monterey. Same cost and comparable efficiency but frees up your level 0 Seeker-slots, maybe for something like Eureka!. Pilfer itself is a good target for your skill cards. For upgrades focus on consistency, i.e. more static intellect boosts like Death • XIII (1) and Magnifying Glass (1) (maybe Deduction (2) since you don't have the lvl0 one). And movement: Pathfinder (1) or Hiking Boots (1), the latter espacially if you run the cards with agility checks I mentioned (Backstab, Pilfer). P.S. Some people say Faustian Bargain is so broken that it should be an auto-include in every deck that can play it. You don't really need it here for urself but if Daniela plays a lot expensive stuff (and most Guardians DO have problems with resources all the time), consider it.

Replaced "Watch this!" and 1 x Lone Wolf for 2 x Faustian Bargain Replaced Nimble and Lucky Cigarette Case for 2 x Pilfer Eureka will help me get those cards that I was going to get using Lucky cigarette case and I even get more skill icons. The money given by “Watch This” and Lone Wolf I can get back with Monty’s ability. I will give a try with Pilfer over the Fingerprint Kit ;) You are correct with the Faustian Bargain and Daniela.
