This is one of four investigators that will be playing through the Dunwich Legacy campaign, along with Zoe Samaras, Jenny Barnes, and Carolyn Fern.
The idea here is that Wendy is fast, and has good event support for finding clues. With experience, she'll pick up Ornate Bow and should be competent at picking enemies off, too.
Playing events and using Wendy's ability will burn cards up quickly, so Drawing Thin, Pickpocketing, and skill cards are hopefully enough to help smooth that out. Drawing Thin does double-duty for generating resources, Burglary is an option, and Emergency Cache is underwhelming, but can be pitched if the resources wouldn't be useful.
Live and Learn has good synergy with events that require a test, as you can retry. While Lucky! can prevent a fail, I like that Live and Learn lets you try again after a Tentacle. Lucky doesn't fix Tentacles.
