A high-cost, high-XP, high damage output deck for Leo.
This deck is about getting the M1918 BAR or the Flamethrower out and then using Sleight of Hand, Venturer, Contraband, and Custom Ammunition to keep it rolling.
Might be better as a Zoey deck ultimately (swap Leo De Luca for Beat Cop)
