My attempt at a Cluever Skids.
Try to get out Dario and get a lot of resources so you can get his +1 intellect. You have 2 "watch this" and "lone wolf" to help generate more resources.
Flashlight is going to be a big investigating help, and I included 1 copy of Contraband so you can have a flashlight with more charges... maybe worth it, maybe not. Figure you can replace this Contraband with a lockpicks eventually, unless you want more lock pick supplies. If you like the idea of a Contraband play, I would remove one copy of Think on your Feet for a 2nd copy of Contraband.
You can combo the flashlight and double or nothing to get lots of clues, plus with "watch this" to get lots of resources. Sleight of Hand in flashlights when you can, so you can get more uses out of them.
Other cards are just meant to help you evade and get away from enemies.
Your major upgrades for him are Lockpicks (1) and Streetwise (3). I would also consider Emergency Cache (3) as a potential big one to reload your flashlights/lockpicks. Could combo well with contraband (if you don't replace it). I would also consider Hot Streak upgrades so you can get more resources faster.
Other optional upgrades are about utility and evading enemies: Police badge Pick pocketing Red gloved man. Suggestion. Charisma + cat burglar
