Jenny from the block

First solo build. I'm building around the talents, so making sure Jenny had the resources to run them is crucial. Otherwise I'm trying to cover based as best I can. Using Dr Milan and flashlight to gather clues, while Jenny's twins, knife and machete will do combat. I've also packed some tricks up her sleeve for different situations. Trying to pack in cards that can fulfill free actions have alley been prioritized.
