I wanted to focus on decent spell damage with good resource accumulation through Alchemical Transmutation and of course Rite of Seeking to help with investigating. That’s the cornerstone of this deck plus a few other cards to gamble a bit and have fun solo. Hope it works out!

Tried this deck out on Curtain Call (Easy) this evening and plan to keep going with the Carcosa campaign (Easy) after a strong start.

Played through scenario 2 again with a good result.. although it took me a while to find an attacking spell. I’ve now spent some XP. First port of call was to add a lvl 3 additional Shrivelling and then replace my level 0 Shrivelling with Shrivelling

Well… I beat the campaign and had a lot of fun! But I did make some changes. It turns out Archaic Glyphs was a wasted card as none of the upgraded unlocked versions of this played to my strengths. I ended up with 2 physical trauma and felt squishy so I picked up 2 x Bulletproof Vest and added 2 x The Red-Gloved Man later in the campaign as an emergency play. I wish I had added 2 x level 3 Arcane Initiate earlier as the control allowing me to quickly draw spells was very powerful. I would also say Alyssa Graham wasn’t the best fit for my deck as +1 intellect didn’t do much for me. Overall had great fun and good learning for me! Next time I need to play on Standard for sure

This deck looks really fun, thanks for sharing how it went and some of the upgrades you got! I've been tempted to try true solo so I've been wondering which class can make it work with both fighting enemies and getting clues. Sorcerer might just be the way to go and it's awesome that Akachi gives your spells extra charges. Definitely give Standard difficulty a try, it's a lot harder than easy and it feels great when you pull off a big win

@JarJar definitely give this a try and let me know what you think and how it goes if you do. From what I can see based on research it seems Akachi is a little underrated, at least for solo, but I had a blast playing her. Oh and yes I will try to push myself and play Standard from now on… I tend to play Easy since I already think true solo is a step up in difficulty! Cheers

Agnes is just so strong with her guaranteed damage output that I think she overshadows Akachi. I'm glad to see this deck list because its inspired me to try a Sorcerer that isn't Agnes!

And actually I’ve never thought to try Agnes.. perhaps I will try an Agnes deck next :)
