Put assets into play early, so that you have fodder to flash them out later.
In: Priest of Two Faiths x 2, Skeleton Key Out: Delve x 2, Burglary, Lucky Cigarette Case ... You will have to pay attention to your VP, if you crush scenarios 1 and 2, maybe dump the delves early. If it get's late and you are still hurting for VP keep them and dump the LCCs or Burglary.
Be sure to take advantage of your Arcane Research each scenario, but his upgrade tree is mostly by name, so don't limit yourself to just this one upgrade per scenario... there are plenty of opportunities.
Hard to put a VP count on this deck because of the numerous and stacked Arcane Research opportunities.
