This deck was for a Campaign Playalong organised on the Mythos Busters discord server. The challenge was to play through a community-voted campaign (Dunwich in this case), with only cards from the Core Set, that campaign, the 5 Starter Decks, and the Return To boxes for NotZ and that campaign (if relevant).
I chose to take on the original Dunwich Legacy (as overall I find it slightly easier) rather than the Return To version. This meant accounting for a certain late-scenario location that has to be manually investigated, no tricks, which is a large part of why the deck is so skewed towards Intellect boosts. The fact they'll help when investigating with Duke definitely helped, though :D
Why Alyssa, not Milan? Because I've never used Alyssa, and I wanted to test being able to see every card the Mythos will throw at me. As it turns out... I very much liked this ability. It was incredibly useful for saying 'no' to enemies that would otherwise spawn and give me a lot of problems, placing myself tactically for treacheries that depend on your location, and several other handy tricks.
