Joe eked out a "win" on my first play-through of The Circle Undone. How exciting! It was not an impressive victory at all but I'm still proud of myself. This deck definitely has a lot of areas to improve.
Mr. "Rook" was a huge help, especially since I pulled a permanent random basic weakness to start off the campaign. So much card draw. Magnifying Glass and Hawk-Eye Folding Camera both worked well, but mag glass was much easier to use consistently well. I bought Pathfinder for the very last scenario, and it helped a ton with all of the movement and backtracking. Shrewd Analysis is definitely worth it. Both Strange Solutions that I ended up with were immensely useful, especially considering Joe seemed to have a lot of problem taking damage vs. losing sanity this campaign. Crack the Case is a stronger/quicker version of Emergency Cache if you play it on a shroud 3 or up location. This was the first time I used Preposterous Sketches and it worked very well.
Fingerprint Kit was overkill for hand assets, especially with a solo game. I should have included one more weapon perhaps, but the extra ammo helped keep my Detective's Colt 1911s loaded. Truth from Fiction is a garbage card ;p. Bandolier was garbage, I have no idea why I started off my deck in that way.
