A knotted, claw-like hand grabs your arm as dozens more wrap around you, embracing you. The touch burns. You scream as a horrifying, toothy maw opens in Elokoss' belly.
"Don't worry. She only wants to honor you," says a familiar voice.
You look behind you to see your friend wearing the same black and red robes as the rest of the Brethren of Ash. They grin at you as tongues of flame billow out from the burning maw, enveloping you in a cocoon of fire. The last thing you hear as you are pulled into the white-hot inferno in Elokoss' chest is your friend - along with the rest of the cult - singing a lilting, off-key hymn for your rebirth.
